Verussa Bloodstone

Verussa Bloodstone is Ulysses Bloodstone's widow and Elsa's stepmother, and the fanatical keeper of the family's monster-hunting tradition. After Ulysses dies she stages the ritual hunt for the Bloodstone, openly despises Elsa for abandoning the trade, and is willing to turn a captured werewolf on her stepdaughter to keep the stone out of her hands.
