Melina Vostokoff is a former Black Widow and a scientist within the Red Room program who posed as Natasha Romanoff and Yelena Belova's mother during their childhood cover mission in Ohio. She later developed the pheromone-based mind control technology Dreykov used to command his army of Widows, before helping Natasha and Yelena bring the program down.
