Jiaying

Jiaying is the leader of Afterlife, a hidden sanctuary for Inhumans, and the long-lost mother of Daisy Johnson. She sustains her own long life by draining the life force of others, and is killed by her own husband, Cal, once he sees what she's become.

First turns up in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Season 2).
