Harry Osborn is Norman Osborn's son and Peter Parker's best friend since college, caught between the two of them his whole life. He inherits Oscorp and his father's Goblin equipment after Norman's death, and swears revenge on Spider-Man once he learns -- wrongly -- that Spider-Man killed him. A head injury erases the memory and the two reconcile, but the truth resurfaces; Harry becomes the New Goblin to help Peter fight Sandman and the alien-suited Venom, and dies saving him, impaled on his own glider the same way his father was.
