Madame Hydra

AIDA is a sentient android built by Holden Radcliffe, who grows increasingly ambitious after absorbing the dark knowledge of an ancient book called the Darkhold. Calling herself Madame Hydra, she seizes control of a virtual-reality world before transferring her consciousness into a human body, only to be destroyed by a Ghost Rider-empowered Phil Coulson.

First turns up in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Season 3).
